Working with Nomi was one of the most instinctive choices I have made in my career, and probably the best. I was always told that one day I would find my people, the people who truly believe in my art and in my vision, and who have the skills and the qualities to make it happen.

In the one year that we spent working together almost day-to-day, Nomi was adaptable, approachable, reliable, compassionate, consistent and honest in the most exemplary way. Together we produced a headstart campaign which raised $20,000, a 4-day album recording with 10 musicians, a 4-week grant marathon with 5 grants applications, and for the enormous cherry on top, we produced a full-scale stage musical in Melbourne, with a 3 month rehearsal period and a cast/band of 13, a creative team of 6, which ran for 4 almost sold-out nights with over 700 seats filled during the season, and outstanding reviews in the media.

During this time I challenged Nomi with tasks she had never encountered, gave her responsibilities she had never taken on, all of which she took in her stride and executed at the highest level. She is a perfectionist where it counts and a realist when it matters, she has eyes in ever crevice of the project she is working on and her heart pumps life and love into everything she does. She would be an enormous asset to any team, a surging force of vitality, productivity, efficiency and manifestation. I feel so grateful to have crossed paths and am waiting for the next opportunity to bring her into my orbit.
